Where flowers are our inspiration

01. Where Do We Deliver ?

We only provide FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, selected areas in Selangor) and some areas are chargeable, please refer to delivery table here

02. Delivery Time ?

For orders received before 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.
For orders received after 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day for our operation, the deliveries will be made on the next day.(Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)

03. Our Operation Hours ?

Our operation hour for Saturday is 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and Sunday is closed, hence for orders received after 1:00 PM on Saturday as well as received on Sunday, delivery will be made on the upcoming Monday (excluding public holidays).

04. Payment Options ?

Please send your payment slip via watsapp. Here are our banking details: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment via VISA and Master Card credit card (using MOL Pay or PayPal) and Online Banking Transfer. If you don't wish to use a credit card, you may alternatively manually bank deposit the payment to us.

05. Can I Change My Order Details ?

You can email us at glamfloralent@gmail.com or send us a Watsapp message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.

06. What is “Product Substitution” ?

Flowers are not produced in a factory, but grown naturally and as such, our product designs may vary and certain products might not always be available in certain locations. While this regrettable circumstance is rare, for legal reasons we at www.glams.com.my reserve the right to substitute with another product of the same value and beauty. The sale of any goods and services are subject to availability. While we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions of items as accurate as possible, www.glams.com.my reserves the right to substitute any items included in the product for items of equal or greater value and of the same type, if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.

07. What Happens When The Recipient Is not Home To Greet Glam Floral Delivery Man ?

During such an event, our delivery man will take on any of these few actions;
•He will leave the gift with either a reliable work-mate or neighbor whom is able to receive on behalf. He will also leave a note to inform your recipient on who have accepted the gift on their behalf.
•Only when instructed; we will first call the recipient to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
